At the same time, creative demand across the organisation was accelerating rapidly.
Base5 partnered with UiPath’s Global Brand Studio during this period of change, supporting internal senior visual capability alongside creative production capacity, while building the systems required to express an evolving brand coherently at enterprise scale.
The moment
This was not a single campaign or launch. It was an operating reality. UiPath was navigating:

- increasing demand for creative across marketing, sales, events, and community
- multiple stakeholders, formats, and timelines converging at once

Base5 works closely with UiPath’s Brand Studio and Creative Director, extending senior visual capability within the production layer and helping translate brand intent into clear, usable direction across campaigns, systems, and formats. This includes contributing to:
- interpretation of evolving brand principles
- development of functional brand guidance that supports real-world production
- exploratory and experimental brand expressions that inform the broader system
The goal is not to define the brand, but to ensure it holds together in practice.
Exploratory brand expressions, developed in collaboration with Slavimir Futro of Futro Design, are helping UiPath shape how evolving brand principles are interpreted and expressed across the system.

Impact to date
